Are we protected in the event of an accident?

Yes. All of our staff are fully insured and we take care of obtaining any permits or legal documents before starting your job. Not all companies work this way, but we guarantee you and your property are protected.

Can we hire Fox for landscape maintenance only?

Absolutely! We are available for any service that we provide either individually or as a complete project.

We offer various types of maintenace contracts, so please contact our Maintenance Supervisor John Velez at 650-766-4190 and he’ll take care of you.

I need a pool house built. Can you handle that?

Yes. Our goal is to to be the turn key solution for your outdoor environment needs so you only need to deal with one contractor.

Our VP of Construction Operations, Brian Henry, is a licensed general contractor and has many years of experience in the construction industry. He is the lead on all renovation and new construction projects and can be contacted at 650-766-4191 with any questions.

Privacy and security are important to us. How do you handle that?

Respecting and maintaining client privacy is a priority for us. Crew consistency (lack of rotation) can be maintained and false residence names initiated all in an effort to maintain client privacy and security. Additionally, we can provide employee background checks upon request.

Sometimes I need help with an odd job. Can you assist with that?

Yes, and it is one of the reasons our customers stay with us for so long!

We have a full-time “handyman” on staff to handle all of the odd jobs that come up from time to time.
